pdoc appt 2.6.13

I saw my pdoc today.  I told him about what has been going on mentally with me the past couple of weeks.  He advised me to go back to my old dosage of lithium at 900mg per day.  Everything else remains the same.

So I will start the increase tonight and I will let you know how it goes.
