I forgot to take: 20mg Lexapro, 100mg Lamictal, and 5mg Abilify. This is the first time I've forgotten to take my meds. Im a little worried about how I'll feel today. I think it's too late to take them now, then again tonight. Any advice on how I should handle this, in case I forget again? I should be ok, right?

Take a look at the patient info sheet that the pharmacy gave you when you got the meds. It should have exactly that information on it. If you can't find the sheets, call your pharmacy, they will be glad to give you the information. That's what they do.
I'm really uncomfortable telling you what to do. I am comfortable taking a missed dose of Lamictal..HOWEVER, lamictal is a really fickle drug that can be dangerous for some people. I don't seem to be too sensitive to it.
I don't have any experience with the other two meds.
What time do you normally take them? dinner? bedtime? how long has it been since your missed dose.

It should be safe to double up on the lex. I don't know about the others.
