I have a prescription for 10mg twice per day but my doctor says i can try 5mg maybe during the day two times and then 1 -10mg at night to help me sleep better. the 10mg isn't working great, can i use 15mg at night and 5 during the day?
what is the max dose at one time? It loolkks like 40mg is the max per day.

if it's not working, talk to your doc and ask for a different prescription.

yeah, it sucks for me at least. gotta go back to the klonopin which i did last night. hopefully the lexapro will kick in. i am at almost 2 weeks and been on 20mg since sunday.

Valium is pretty safe, but I agree with VE that if it doesn't work, go get something that does.
