Dx : Schizophrenia, paranoid type with panic attacks.

Rx : 60mg Prozac, 20mg Zyprexa daily, 10mg diazepam PRN.

Ex Rx: Luvox, Paxil, Risperdel, Xanax, Seroquel, Abilify.
