16 days since I self injured last. gah. I want to so bad right now but I have a one to one
gosh darnit. I just... don't think I can take myself much longer without relief.

Dx: Schizoaffective Bipolar Type, PTSD, Eating Disorder Not Otherwise Specified , Borderline Personality Disorder, Bulimia, OCD, ADHD
Possible: Panic Disorder, Undifferentiated Somataform Disorder, Dissociative Disorder NOS (the docs are looking at it... >_<)

16 days is an amazing achievement when you look at how distressed you are and how much you are suffering right now. I know that you can't stand yourself and your own company at the moment, but please also notice that good part of yourself that can be kind to you and protect you, and also the part that can be disciplined in the face of compulsion.
