I'm Bipolar type II. I still don't have an official ADD diagnosis, have to do some tests and stuff first, but my pdoc is 90% sure I have it.
So after the ADD diagnosis my cocktail will look something like this:
Lamictal 200 mg
Fluanxol 3 mg
Lexapro 10 mg
Concerta
Xanax as needed

Celebrex 200mg BID (pseudo-arthritis)
Lithium 900mg (bedtime)
Seroquel 50mg BID + 25mg PRN
It seems to be helping so far. I just hope I can continue to get away with a relatively light cocktail.

Please don't PM me if you don't know me. I have more than enough to deal with already, and it just makes me cranky.

I am on before change: 300 mg lamictal, 1.5 mg klonopin, 20 mg cymbaltal, 300 mg seroquel
After change: starting on strattera at 25 mg and see how it works before I change doses, stay at 300 mg of lamictal, taper down my klonopin so I'm only taking 1 mg per day, going off my "what the hell am I taking this for" 20 mg dose of cymbalta, going down to 250 seroquel, maybe lower, as it is sucking the life out of me via sedation. Zzzzzzzz.......
My pdoc seems to think I may be able to go down on the seroquel more after I have been on strattera for a while. She also says this med could be awesome for me. And that I should know soon-like within a week. I am excited about starting the strattera. I have known that I have ADHD for a lonng time, but have never been treated for it. I hope it helps me. mel

prozac-20 mg, trazodone-100mg, trileptal-1200mg & seroquel-500mg...just when i think its getting stable something breaks thru. pee-doc STILL wont do anything about my ADD until im stable for awhile. not sure if its the hypomania or the ADD contributing to the lack of focus & difficulty concentrating---ARGHHH!

300mg lamictal, 250seroquel, 1.5klonopin, 60mg strattera-I think that's everything. I just recently stopped taking cymbalta and added strattera. Since adding the strattera, it has made a big diff. I am way more tolerant and focused. No side effects, except feeling a little buzzed since I upped to 60 mg(a few days ago). mel
