I used to take a lot of vitamins for apparent deficiencies and in the end, I just ended up feeling sick all the time. I recently saw a documentary called "Are Vitamins Killing You?" or something along those lines and apparently some people have too much of certain vitamins in them because they take about 15+ a day! It's mad!
Are all these vitamins doing us any good? Reseach says no. hmmmmm

My health concerns are very weird ones-particularly I seem to be prone to skin fungus (athelete's foot and ringworm) and *ahem* lady-parts fungus. This has dated since I was 16 so way before I went vegetarian. I would not be surprised if the sinusitis is fungal also(although that will be figured out by biopsy presently). And I at least don't get the ringworm and yeasties if I take around 1000 milligrams of vitamin C. It hasn't defeated The Nose Crud, though.
And maybe when I move to a climate that's not like a sauna I won't have these problems...from what I read, that's likely.

If you're addicted to Thanksgiving leftovers, you can't quit by going cold turkey.
