Second Time On Klonopin Is it Making me Tired this Time? Rate Topic: -----

Within the past month I've started up on lithium and klonopin. I have to nap during the day since starting these. I take all my lithium at night and 1 mg klonopin in the daytime because I am very anxious. Has anyone had this experience and how long did it take to get used to the med? I have no idea if it's the klonopin, but if it is will my body get used to it soon? I was on it before I was just taking .5 prn with no problems. Any ideas or stories of your own?
Dx:
Bipolar I, OCD

Meds:
Lithium ER 1350 mgs.
Lamictal 300 mgs.
Risperdal 3 mgs.
Anafranil 225 mgs.
Klonopin 2 mgs.
Doxepin 100 mgs.
Fish Oil 1440 EPA
960 DHA (8 capsules)

Klonopin 1 mg did not make me tired during the day. Relaxed and anxiety-free, but not sleepy. But I have a healthy tolerance for benzos.

Have you tried splitting up the lithium dose to see if that helps? I know that if I get above 900 mg of lithium, I can't take it all at once. I have to split the dose, or it tires me out too much. When I took 1200 mg, 1200 at night would make me a zombie, but 600 in the morning and 600 at night worked great.

Just an idea.
Diagnosis: BP I, Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Meds Currently On: Lithium 1200 mg, Topamax 300 mg, Zyprexa 10 mg, Prozac 20 mg, Xanax 2mg PRN
Main Problems Right Now: Depression still hit or miss, got braces last week (yikes!). still dealing with increased anxiety

I only take .5 mg a day, but I've been taking that for about three or four months. And not even every single day. I think the sedation for me wore off after a few weeks and it didn't make me so tired anymore. Now it's a rare occasion that I would get really sleepy after taking one.
What the docs wrote down about my Crazy: GAD, Social Phobia, Panic Disorder, "Mood issues"
The pills they give me to fix this shit: Bupropion XL 150mg, Abilify 2.5mg, Clonazepam 1mg 3x per day
Pills that did NOT fix this shit: Sertraline, Buspirone, Mirtazipine, Paroxetine, Gabapentin, Effexor XR, Lorazepam, Fluoxetine, Cymbalta, Can't afford Seroquel, Zolpidem
