I am going through benzowithdrawal, and today I feel like the ground is really far away, and mylips are numb. Is this derealization, depersonalization, or somethingelse? Is there any way to make it go away?

To me it doesn't really sound like either of those.
Are you under the care of a Heathcare Provider? If so I would give them a call.
Numb lips expecially would cause me to worry.

When I first went on temazepam, and withdrew it after a couple months of 15mg/night, I lost my sense of taste for a few days.
If its benzo withdrawal you're experiencing, really, the only way to stop it from happening is to go back on a benzo, and then do the diazepam taper from there.
