Firstly, can I upload pictures to the gallery/put pictures in my blog?

Secondly, if I can, how do I go about this?

Alien, yeah I've been having problems uploading too. I sent a message to an admin. I guess there's a buggy in the boards. Hopefully the bug will be gone soon.
What am I doing here?
