Just wondering what time people take their meds, and why.

I take abilify (10mg), neurontin (800mg), effexor (150mg) at night.

I take lithium (600mg), provigil (200mg), and effexor (150mg) in the morning.

The abilify used to knock me out when I took it, but no more. I am thinking about switching that to the morning dose. I split the effexor to twice a day because it seems to help me fall asleep at the lower dose at night; however it might be making me drowsy during the day. I tried taking the whole dose in the morning and was having trouble sleeping.

Remeron and risperdal together in the late evening. Also dose of trazodone right before bed on the nights where I can't sleep.

10:00 Ritalin
12:00 Ritalin
2:00 Ritalin
4:00 Ritalin
7:00 Zyprexa PRN
9:00 Ambien PRN

The Ritalin is kind of a PITA, but it's cheaper that way.

9:30am Fluoxetine and Epilim
7:30pm Epilim. If I take it before I go to bed which is about 11:30-12 it makes me nauseas, which is why I opted to take it straight after dinner.

mine has some variability to it, but not much...

when I wake up (roughly 7:30am) - 0.5 mg lorazepam (ativan); birth control; 75 mcg levothyroxine; 150 mg effexorXR
when I get home from work (roughly 6:30-7) - 1 mg lorazepam (ativan); 250 mg lamotrigine (lamictal)

I needed to shift the evening stuff to after work b/c I was hitting post-work/arrival at home anxiety issues. The lorazepam was initially designed to help w/ sleep also, but it doesn't always cause enough of that...so benadryl every now and then if not tired enough by bedtime.
some variation of: bipolar NOS, adjustment disorder w/ mixed mood and anxiety components; or MDD w/ anxiety. still a dx in progress, I guess. Some trauma elements.

current RXs: Effexor (150 mg), Ativan (0.5 mg am, 1 mg pm), Lamictal (250 mg); levothyroxine and
birth control.

Past Rxs: zoloft (no significant effect); lexapro (went up to 20 mg but hit an anxiety/akathesia problem); wellbutrin; seroquel; ambien (worked wonderfully); Risperdal (great when needed, but gradually went off now that stability happened in order to decrease total drug use)
