Right now I'm having small episodes where my mood goes a lot higher than usual (more like a happy, not eurphoric), but at the same time, I have the constant need to move around. Normally I classified this as more of a hypomanic issue due to Wellbutrin, but I'm starting to think I might have some akathisia on top of that.

EDIT:
Just took a 1/3 mile walk to the campus store and the feeling subsided along with the mood.

This keeps happening - that's the issue. It seems that walking and whatnot helps, which makes me think that it could be akathisia.

the need to move around sounds familiar, it happened to me when I had akathisia. could barely sit still. problem went away when i lowered the dose of abilify.

That doesn't really sound like akathisia. Sounds more like a hypo thing. I think seroquel is relatively unlikely to cause akathisia, and you're not on a crazy high dose or anything. Sounds like getting off the WB might not be a terrible idea though.

Its a symptom of restlessness. Do you get anxious when this happens? If not though it could be akathesia. You are on seroquel right so akathesia is a symptom of that med. But it sounds more like restlessness to me. Or maybe even mild hypomania but I'm not a pdoc so.

I dont think it sounds like Akathesia to me. I also suggest restlessnes or hypomania. I get restless on meds sometimes, especially when changing dosages. I feel the need to move, as well as anxiety. I move around alot and it can go away with exercise.
