Holy crap, my tremor is terrible and is now on my left hand too. Blurry vision for a few days. Headache today. Have been having on and off nausea. Days where Im running to the bathroom and bad stomach cramps. Cant leave the house on those days. Maybe lithium? My level went from .6 to .8. I know .8 is a good level, but with my coffee drinking and exercise, I don't know? Also, kinda feeling out of it, like I really gotta concentrate when doing something. Today's the worst. Any thoughts, ideas? Took me forever to type this due to tremor so if any mistakes, sorry.

Dx:� Bipolar 1 mixed type, OCD, anxiety

Rx:� Seroquel XR 200mg, Trileptal 1200 mg, Klonopin .5 mg, Lithium Carb 900 mg, up from 600 mg, Synthroid 75 mcg, Nexium 40 mg

I take Lithium, and coffee always makes me nauseas, even 1 cup. I also do strenuous workouts and sweat a lot, and that makes me feel like that too. Drinking gatorade helps a lot. I think you just have to restore water + electrolytes to make up for the sweating. Coffee, well... I put up with it, cause I like my coffee

Its rare but lithium can cause tremors. What else are you on if your on anything else. Who knows it might not even be the lithium.

Diagnosis: Social anxiety disorder, avoidant personality disorder, CPTSD, panic disorder with agoraphobia, schizoaffective disorder

Meds: clonazepam 4mg, seroquel 300mg, celexa 20mg.
