Where are you right now (like where in your home)?
I'm in the family room on the floor next to my fireplace which is giving off great heat
What are you doing?
I'm eating lunch
What's your mood level (1-10; 10 being everthing is great with me and the world)?
I'm about a 2.5
What's one thing you can do right now to improve that number?
relax and finish eating and soak in the fireplace heat.
wellbutrin 300 mg, seroquel 100mg, klonopin .5

Surfing the web, too tired to do much else at the moment.
Mood - 5, I'm really too exhausted to feel either happy or sad.
I think I just need to get some sleep.
By the way, Slicey, veel succes met je examen morgen (hopelijk begrijp je dit).

I'm awake at 3:47am I suspect because this is my first day on Topamax, and I'm prone to insomnia.
My mood is about an 8. Overall life is good.
It could be a 10 if I could just fall asleep.

junkyard: Xanax (did the job), generic Budeprion (huh, what was that stuff?), Lamictal (stupid much?), Klonopin (whoa, loopy!), Lunesta (crap) Lexapro, Effexor XR (serotonin shock), Abilify (decent)

I'm in the living room, in my favorite spot on the couch, covered with a blankie, laptop on lap.
What are you doing?
Surfin' the interwebz, winding down after a long day taking care of other people.
What's your mood level (1-10; 10 being everthing is great with me and the world)?
Things are looking really good here lately with the new meds. I'd call today an 8.
What's one thing you can do right now to improve that number?
Keep doing what I'm doing and stay the course with therapy instead of dropping out like I always do.

Surfing CB, checking email.
My mood's good this morning, I'd say about a 7.
It'd improve if I could get into the studio and actually do some painting, instead of sitting there with no inspiration.

My mood is at about 8 [this IS the dpression forum isn't it, not BP? 8 could be bad there]. I have 2 jobs in the works, exams are finished for the year.
