Yes, that's right, the banal conversation filler.

What is your local weather today?

Okay, you can add mood or whatever else might in some tangential way be related. Posted Image That'd sort of be like the way conversations stem from the most mundane of topics, the weather.

I think I have perhaps now maligned the weather. Sorry weather gods, but you are raining on me today anyway.

___

Weather here is overcast and drizzling. Ick. We had beautiful sunny days up until today. I want them back.
Dx: Bipolar I, ADD
Rx: Carbatrol 400mg, Lamictal 250mg, Risperidone 1.5mg, Adderall XR 25mg, blood pressure meds, other stuff PRN.
It's amazing how life threatening situations make the suicidal thoughts slip away. Not wanting pain and wanting to die are two different things.

Today started off pretty shitty and pouring. Now it's not raining anymore but it's getting cold.

I don't like coldness. Hurts my ankles and my back's been hurting lately too so I've been snuggling up with the heating pad a lot today.

Mood? Better than it has been recently, not great.

It's all cloudy and gloomy here. Kinda chilly.

My mood is content. Probably because I haven't had to go outside and it's nice and warm in the house. :)

Its effing cold inside this stupid office. Gloomy, windy, rainy ick outside. And cold.

I'm tired. Mildly depressed. But compared to the last month, mildly depressed seems like a trip to the fair.

Can't wait for the work day to be over so I can go lay in bed w/ the girl. Yum...

In the 50's today, and beautifully sunny. I walked to pick up the kids, and enjoyed crunching through all the fallen leaves. That helped my mood stay even. All in all a good day.

usual lower pac. n.w. pattern for season. showers on and off, temps in 50's. doesn't matter as i helped a friend down the lane on a crappy automotive problem while it was dry. now home with this thing running and a book to return to while the woodstove is tossing out the warm.
there will be plenty of rainy daysoff and on until april but no mammyjammin snow and ice storms.
plenty meds, drugs and mental troubles in the past 40 years. no end in sight for depression.

eat a fish!

76 degrees, 10% humidity, sunny. 5 mile winds from the northwest..... Feel free to hate, heh.

Mood is similarly cheery today, Fridays are usually nice, happy days for me. The past few, I've been cranky and pissy, though. Nothing major, just random annoyances.

BP I, Currently on: Neurontin, Risperdal, Seroquel, tienaptine, NAC. Most recent episode: Mixed.

It was a nice day. Partly cloudy, in the low 70s. Got sunnier as the day went on. I had a good day. Lunch meeting, yummy salad. Another meeting after that, which wasn't as tedious as it usually is. Got to work on a new project that sucked up the rest of the afternoon. Poof, I was home. Good mood all day.

52 degrees was the high, partly cloudy, no wind though, so me and the little one played outside for a bit.

It was in the 50s today, with sun off and on and a spectacular sunset. A day like this is a gift in late November.
