One of the best people that I've ever had the pleasure of knowing passed away today. He was strong, intelligent, caring, and honest. I had the honor of calling him Daddy. I will miss both my parents for as long as I live. I hope that I can be even half as good of a spouse, parent, and friend as the two of them were. Life is now forever changed for me. It will never be like it was. That doesn't mean it will all be bad, it will just be different.

My "issues": Schizoaffective Disorder; Adult ADD; frequent migraines; substance abuse; juvenile diabetes; macular edema
My meds: Latuda- 40 mg at bedtime, Wellbutrin SR-150 mg twice daily, Nortriptyline- 30 mg at bedtime for headache prevention/sleep, Adderall XR- 15 mg daily, Imitrex- 50 to 100 mg for migraines, Naproxen- 500 mg as needed, Insulin pump
Past anti-depressants: Celexa, Zoloft, Lexapro, Anafranil, Pristiq, Wellbutrin XL
Past anti-psychotics: Risperdal, Abilify, Seroquel, Geodon, Saphris
Past ADHD meds: Vyvanse, Strattera, Adderall
Past anti-anxiety meds: Klonopin, Vistaril
Past mood stabilizers: Lithium, Tegretol
Past sleep meds: Rozerem, Trazodone, Ambien, Benadryl, Restoril
Past supplements: Kavinace, TravaCor
Misc. past meds: Ranitidine/Zyrtec combo for hives, Cogentin, various forms of insulin

BPLady, congrats! I just watched an amaing real life documentary of an LGBT rights activist on Netflix. It may even be free on YT. It's also a love story, it's called 'For My Wife.' She passed (helped) a bill in your state. Check it out if you haven't already.

Dx: Severe, indigenous, treatment-resistant, and recurrent atypical Major Depressive Disorder w/o psychosis. I also have General Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, OCD (though no official diagnosis of the disorder as of yet), ADHD - inattentive, possible Social Anxiety Disorder, and insomnia. I also have Hopefulness, Optimism, Idealism & Surprisingly Happy Disorder. That helps!
Rx: Aplenzin 522 mg, Lamictal 400 mg, Geodon 160 mg, Armour Thyroid 60 mg, Vyvanse 70 mg, clonazepam 1 mg TID, temazepam 30-60 mg, alprazolam 1 mg PRN, and Diet Dr Pepper 2x daily.
Previous Rx: Abilify, Adderall, Adderall XR, Ambien, Ambien CR, Concerta, Deplin, Effexor, Geodon, Lexapro, Lunesta, Parnate, Paxil, Pristiq, Prozac, Remeron, Ritalin, Seroquel, Sonata, Topamax, Trazodone, Wellbutrin SR, Wellbutrin XL, and Zoloft.
Other Treatments: 15 unilateral ECT treatments between August 5, 2011 to September 29, 2011; 13 bilateral ECT treatments between November 2, 2011 to December 16, 2011. Use of a light box.
