Walked around town, pushing Maddie in her buggy


DX: Bipolar Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder

Current RX: Lithium Carbonate 800mg, Seroquel XR 800mg, Lamictal 100mg x2 daily, Procyclidine 5mg, prozac 40mg 

Also Yasmin 0.3/3mg for PCOS and Losec 20mg for Hiatus Hernia

 

Previous RX:
Anti-depressants: dothiepin, clomipramine, paroxetine, mirtazepine, lofepramine, venlafaxine, escitalopram, agomelatine
Anti-psychotics: thoridazine, risperidone, olanzapine, haloperidol, aripiprazole, chlorpromazine
Mood Stabilisers: carbamazepine, sodium valproate,
Anxiolytics: alprazolam, diazepam, lorazepam, clonazepam
Hypnotics: lormetazepam, temazepam, zopiclone, zolpidem, flurazepam

ECT: 6 Treatments in 2003; 11 Treatments in 2005

30 minute walk.


Type of Crazy: MDD and GAD
Former meds: Geodon, Effexor, Wellbutrin, Prozac, Lithium, Xanax, Klonipin, Zoloft, Paxil, Lamictal, Temazapam, Risperdal, Serzone, Trazodone, Lexapro, Xanax XR, Buspar, Effexor, Desipramine, and about seven more I can't remember.
Current psych meds: Clomipramine (50mg.) Klonopin (1 mg. 3 x a day)

Other Meds: Crestor, Metformin,Omeprazole, Ranitidine,Propanalol
Physical woes: Migraine, PCOS, CFS, Diabetes, High cholesterol
ECT (Fall 2010), (Fall 2012)

None for me today.  Was out and about but not for long.


Current Psychiatric Dxs ... Schizoaffective, bipolar type; Anxiety disorder, PTSD, agoraphobia

Also recovered Anorexic/Bulimic finally after 20 years.

Current meds: Provigil, Klonopin, Xanax, Naltrexone, Wellbutrin SR, Abilify, Lamictal, Prozac, Lansoprazole, Linzess, QVAR inhaler, Xopenex inhaler, Methimazole, Flonase, Propranolol.

Yesterday was my "rest day" but I did a 40 min gentle vinyasa yoga video on Roku

 

Today, I did 35 min on elliptical and about 15-20 min weight training for upper body, then later 40 min moderate vinyasa yoga video.

1/2 hour walk to bus stop - to 1.25 hour yoga class - 1/2 hour walk home from bus stop.

 

Showered, ate food...  THEN

 

1/2 hour walk to bus stop - to hour therapy alumni group - 1/2 hour walk home from bus stop.

 

 

I'M FEELIN' IT!!!!!!


Dx: Bipolar ll Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Depressive Disorder NOS, Personality Disorder NOS, PTSD, Recurrent major depression, Recoving Addict, Self inflicted wounds, Suicidal ideations.... not dx yet: Bulimia ED.

 

Rx: Lithium 600mg, Bupropion SR 300mg, Clonazepam 1mg PRN... and psychotherapy

 

MBTI Type: ISFP

Rx: Lithium 1800mg, Zyprexa 10mg, Effexor 150mg, Levothyroxine 0.05mg

40 minute walk with the pack, two loads of laundry trundled down to the clotheslines and hung out, an hour and a half of yard work, and a lot of jumping to conclusions.  heh

Was out and about for 4.5 hours, and I was totally exhausted when I got home.
