One hour fifteen minute walk, half an hour dog walk = 16,696 steps.  Also three sets of five arm exercises.  Stupid weight is back . . . Blech.  Am tapering off of Geodon.  Maybe that will help?

synch, I'm really impressed. I can see your stamina is increasing. Way to go!

Today was day 53 in a row of Jillian Michaels torture. I started level 3 of the 30 day shred today. It's a LOT harder than I remember it. Maybe it's because I'm using 2 pound weights this time around.

Also my regular 30 minute dog walk this morning.

I will take another 30 minute dog walk at noon.
