Got a half hour walk in this morning.


Current Psychiatric Dxs ... Schizoaffective, Schizophrenia-type; Anxiety disorder, PTSD, agoraphobia

Also recovered Anorexic/Bulimic finally after 20 years.

Current meds: Provigil, Klonopin, Xanax, Naltrexone, Wellbutrin, Abilify, Lamictal, Prozac, Lansoprazole, Linzess, QVAR inhaler, Xopenex inhaler, Flonase, Flexeril, Zofran.

25 min walk with dogs and 30 min hiit holy crap is that hard but I kinda feel like wonderwoman 


I have a Mood Disorder NOS

Currently taking: 200mg Lamictal, 300mg wellbutrin XL, 12mg abilify, 2mg estradiol (it's a brain med, right?), xanax as needed

Tried taking: Seoquel, Klonopin, but no longer...

lots of walking... I didn't keep track.


Boards I mod on: self harm, panic/anxiety, ptsd, ocd, dissociative, sleep, not otherwise specified, benzos, lifestyle alternatives, therapy, health care system

Last week I did cardio/weightlifting twice. Go me!

 

This week I will go trampoline jumping on Friday.


Dx: BPD, probably ADHD.

Meds: fluoxetine 20mg, Seroquel 25mg (sleep)
