Walked this morning, then went out to Costco and walked around for an hour there.


Current Psychiatric Dxs ... Schizoaffective, bipolar type; Anxiety disorder, PTSD, agoraphobia

Also recovered Anorexic/Bulimic finally after 20 years.

Current meds: Provigil, Klonopin, Naltrexone, Wellbutrin, Abilify, Lamictal, Prozac, Lansoprazole (Rx strength), Linzess, Flonase, Methimazole, QVAR inhaler, Xopenex inhaler, Xanax, atenolol.

Any questions just ask :)

How long a minute is depends on which side of the bathroom door you're on.

I walked this morning for half an hour with my friend and our dogs.

35mins of water walking at the pool with #2 in my arms flapping around :)


dx: mdd; pmdd; ocd; gad; 
rx: Pristiq; ACT (therapy)
past rx:Effexor-XR; Zoloft

My usual walk to class and back, around 45 mins. :)


Bipolar 1, hypothyroid, hypertensive

Meds: Lamictin 400mg, Geodon 120mg, Wellbutrin 300mg, Zoloft 50mg, thyroxine 0.2mg, enalapril/HCTZ, benzo prn (sleep)

25 minutes on the treadmill


Dx: Bipolar 1, Generalized Anxiety Disorder

 

Rx: Saphris (mania, psychosis, and sleep), Seroquel (sleep), Lamictal (mood stabilizer), Trileptal (mood stabilizer), Lunesta (sleep), Mirapex (depression), Klonopin (anxiety)

 

Past Rx: Damn near everything

I did a "total body conditioning" class today, it was great!
dx: Bipolar NOS, BPD, EDNOS
rx: Geodon 120 mg, Lamictal 400 mg, Wellbutrin XL 150 mg, Clomipramine 100 mg

past dx: Mood Disorder NOS, OCD, MDD, GAD, PD NOS, AN
past rx: Zoloft, Remeron, Klonopin, Effexor, Cymbalta, Ambien, Xanax, Trazodone, Gabapentin, Lyrica, Propanolol

Everyone is being very energetic!  I took a 35-minute aerobic walk with my pack, and washed and hung out two loads of laundry, and weeded in the greenhouse.

 

When I refer to my pack, I'm talking about this cast of characters......plus the humans they live with:

heh...It's very hard to get 5 dogs to line up so you can see them all.  Anyway, these are the furbabies who amuse us as we hike every day.

I woke up with a sore foot and a bruise along the side of it, which I have no idea how I got. So I wimped out of walking today. Now it isn't sore anymore. I probably could have walked with it.

Hour-long weights workout with my trainer, plus ten exhausted minutes on the treadmill.
