Today's Pill Menu: Dexedrine, Wellbutrin (Budeprion), Strattera, Celexa, Risperdal, and clonazepam

Current MI DX: agitated depression and an anxiety disorder... throw in some PTSD symptoms too
Current MI RX: Abilify (titrating down to 2.5 mg, then eventually off per P-doc) and Ativan 0.5-1.5 mg prn (kills the anxiety, but makes me eat like a PIG!)
Current Quasi-MI DX: Migraines
Current Quasi-MI RX: Sumatriptan Succinate 50 mg (PRN)
Former DX: Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar II
Former RX: Effexor-XR (agitated me to the point of supposed hypomania), Zoloft (was making me sick no matter what I took it with or when I took it)

Dx: Recurrent MDD, Dysthymia, OCD, Social Anxiety
Rx: Pristiq 50mg, Lamictal 400mg, Liothyronine (T3) 25mcg, Geodon 120mg
PRN: Alprazolam and Ambien, OTC Benadryl for sleep
Non-psych: Bystolic 5mg (beta blocker for BP and anxiety), various Triptans (migraines), Propanolol 20mg (tremor)
Fail: Prozac, Wellbutrin, Lexapro, Celexa, Abilify, Zoloft, Hydroxyzine 25-50 mg, and Clonazepam .5 mg at bedtime
