OK, the WA thread got absurdly long so I ditched it and am starting it over with:

RX:, Latuda 40mg, Lexapro 10 mg, Wellbutrin 300 mg,

RX: Valium, Depakote, Synthroid, Fanapt, Doxepine and Topomax.

Current Psych Dx: PTSD; GAD; PMDD  <----- work in progress / evolving as I'm tapering

 

Current Rx: Klonopin 1 mg BID, Trazodone 150 mg HS, Vistaril 50 mg PRN

 

*Currently in the process of tapering off medications with pdoc's blessing/supervision, maybe long-term, maybe temporary to see what are Sx versus side effects*

 

Recently Tapered: Lamictal 100mg to 0mg (April to May 2014), Zoloft 100mg to 0mg (May to Oct 2014)

 

Current Supplements: women's multivitamin, omega flax-seed oil, vitex berry extract, magnesium

Depression, social anxiety. Ambien 10 PRN. Old diagnoses: schizophrenia, schizoid personality disorder.

Old: Clozaril, Abilify, Wellbutrin, Zoloft, Temazepam, Ritalin, Geodon, Effexor, Remeron, Latuda

Current MI DX: agitated depression, ADHD- inattentive, and an anxiety disorder... throw in some PTSD symptoms too
Current MI RX: Ativan (lorazepam) 0.5-1.5 mg PRN (kills the anxiety, but makes me eat like a PIG!), Abilify (aripiprazole) 10 mg SID, Zoloft 50 mg SID, Adderall 10 mg BID

Current Quasi-MI DX: Migraines
Current Quasi-MI RX: Sumatriptan Succinate 50 mg (PRN)

Former DX: Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar II
Former RX: Effexor-XR (agitation, possible hypomania)

Dx: Recurrent MDD, Dysthymia, OCD, Social Anxiety

Rx: Viibryd 40 mg, Lamictal 400mg, Liothyronine (T3) 50mcg, Wellbutrin XR 300mg, Geodon 180mg
PRN: Ambien 10 mg, Hydroxyzine 50-100mg

Non-psych:  Sumatriptan 100mg (migraines), Propanolol 40mg (tremor)

Supplements: NAC 2000mg a day
Fail: Prozac, Lexapro, Celexa, Abilify, Zoloft, Pristiq, Venlafaxine, and Clonazepam .5 mg at bedtime, Topamax 200mg

Lack of coping mechanisms
