so here I am.

Not sure what to tell about myself. Twenty something... been on the crazy side all my life, dealing with it for better or worse. Mostly on my own.

Right now I am in somehow stressful period of my life (finished school and off to job market with fancy education, little experience or practical knowledge... and it all seems harder than it should be. I paid for my education with part of my sanity and self-confidence... long story... ).

So... hello?

Hello and welcome :)

Diagnosed with Bipolar Affective Disorder. And some other random stuff that isn't really relevant to why I'm here.

I don't have delusions of grandeur, I have an actual recipe for grandeur.

Welcome to Crazyboards.  As I do with all new members, I will ask you to read the User Agreement so you understand how we operate.

I hope you like it here and get some helpful support and information.

After I post this, I will move the thread to the Introductions forum.

Learning coping skills and self-soothing is of course very important and there is a lot of help on here for that.  However, we are a pro-med and pro-treatment site.  So don't be surprised if we all push you to get professional help.  We don't mean to be rude but we all speak from experience.
