I'm trying to be patient. Oh if only the effexor hadn't stopped working after a mere 9mths! What a tease! When on effexor I didn't need anything else. Granted, I was stepped up to 300mg pretty darn quickly. So far, I feel zero effect from cymbalta. I'm cautious with the clonazepam. Thank god for the trazodone, at least the insomnia & nightmares are gone. Any advice, input much appreciated.

How is the Provigil working for you?
I'm on Cymbalta - going back and forth between 30mg and 60mg - trying to manage the severe foggy feeling I have all day long. I either need to stop the Cymbalta or I need to have something added to it. Maybe Provigil?
Thanks,
Wyldrosie

It is the perfect med to defeat the brain-fog and fatigue. I take cymbalta at 7:30-8am, and by 9am I'm foggy. I take 100mg provigil, and I feel totally NORMAL (imagine that!) for about 4 hours. Definately try it.
