  1. I am interested to know more about the techniques in handling panic attacks appropriately. How do you know that you're having an anxiety attack? How do you overcome them?
  2. I can truly relate. Sometimes I don't know why I suddenly feel so hopeless when things are just going great for me. It seems our being human really kicks in and we forget to be content with what we have. We always seem to want more. And I don't know a cure for that. Sleep perhaps? And just wait for a new day.
  3. Lately, I've been waking up in the middle of the night and crying myself to go back to sleep. I think of a lot of things that scare me, like losing my loved ones or dying. And in the morning I'd be depressed and feeling low. Should I go see a therapist?
  4. What do you take to sleep?

It usually works for me. But if it doesn't, I take antihistamines like Unisom or Claritin.
  5. I don't have a feeling like that but I have a friend. She was diagnosed with Hyperthyroids and she has heart condition. Whenever she sees a poor people suffered or any minor problems she has she just cried a lot and no one could stop her fro subbing and when she's done, It seems like nothing happens. Actually she is taking maintenance of condition until. Do you think my friend has mental health disorder?
  6. What do you take to sleep?

Sleeping is very much needed to a person but too much might not good enough. When there is a sleeping problem or insomia try a natural way of treating it. Like enrolling to yoga class this might help from sleeping problems.
  7. Alright! I have this problem with our neighbor, I always noticed the character of this child and found that she is 3 yrs old and never know any words yet and she's really hyperactive child. Whenever her tantrums attacks no one could control her. I just want to try to talk to the parents and give advice for behavior consultation. The thing is I think the parents are both denial and a little shy to approach. What would be a nice approach to the parents about opening the situations?any idea?
  8. I don't if I have this disorder but whenever something's pissed me off I really think of killing that person. In every situations or a tough one, it really changes my mood into negativity and thinking of suicide. I don't really open up this situation because I am scared that people might laughed at me or they stay away from. I'm afraid losing friends. I never tried yet consulting a Dr. because this it is embarrassing.
  9. When you're in the flat mood and depressed you feel like people around you are your enemy and no one cares for you. I feel like I am not part of the loop and felt like rejected all the time. And the feeling that I am surrounded by evil and whenever I listen christian music there a relieve of that hatred and seeing God and angels. Do you have that feelings too?
  10. Are you suffering with the effects of your medicines? Does you doctor knows about it? When you do your own dosage and think it would be better, there might be a problem in the long run and you will suffer more. Much needed if you go to your doctor and be transparent.
  11. Rumination is the focused attention of the symptoms of one's distress, and on it's possible causes and consequences as opposed to its solution. Both rumination and worry are associated with anxiety and other negative emotional states. rumination has been implicated in the development, maintenance, and aggravation of both depressive symptoms as well as episode of major depression.
  12. The main difference between these conditions is that chronic fatigue syndrome is primarily physical disorder while depression is a mental health disorder. Symptoms of depression can include continuous feelings of sadness, anxiety or emptiness.
  13. Anyone replace ED with spending?

ED is most common like Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Conduct Disorder, Eating Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Psychotic Disorder has the following characteristics over a long period of time and marked a degree that adversely affects child's educational performance. These also affects personal lives and daily activities.
  14. Hi..how's your weight going on?any changes? When you are not taking that medicines, how your appetite?
  15. I known few people who has the same situation, they aren't taking medicines for that. we noticed every time their is a hallucination because of stress and too tired for the whole day activity or even lack of sleep. So I guess another way to avoid this type of hallucination is stress.
