  1. Go from feeling sorry for myself to feeling blessed, then moments of calm then stress, anxiety, dive into depression, crying jags, feeling sorry for myself. Then I remember the house over my head, the food in my fridge and the money in the bank. And I am back to feeing blessed, calm, stressed....etc. etc ad infinitum.
