That I have a ride there.

Like you Melissa. I will be seeing my pdoc tomorrow morning and my Mum has changed her schedule so she can bring me there. Love her lots 😊

My pastor and his unconditional understanding.

That I should be getting the last shipment (of 4, from the same order), the one thing I need the most.

That the people upstairs were quiet last night.

Getting over my perfectionism and performance anxiety and churning out an essay for my online course.  Even though there are no consequences to failing (it's a free class) it was still holding me up.  This morning I just knocked it out and recognized I can do it again if for some reason it's insufficient.

  • That my mood is stable
  • That despite taking seroquel and valproate I have managed to lose 30 lbs in the last 2 months....
  • For the never ending support from my parents...especially my Mum

I'm grateful that I have good food to eat and a safe place to live.  I'm grateful that there are people who care about me, and go out of their way to do things for me. I'm grateful that I have stopped feeling so severely depressed recently -- it gives me much more power to take action.  I'm so grateful that this also means I can start donig things I used to enjoy again, some of the time.
