Can I jump in here? I desperately need to get back on track! I’ve gained weight from meds and the hunger isn’t as bad (well, as of yesterday)now and I need some accountability!

Before it got so ridiculously hot a few months ago I used to take Abby to the dog park and walk around 6 laps (each 1/4 mile). I plan on starting back up as soon as it gets cooler!

I also get a gym membership starting October first when my new insurance kicks in! And the Y here has a huge pool and a movie theater filled with treadmills and bikes! Can’t wait!

Anyway it’d be nice if I had a place to be open with my weight and exercise cause accountability is a very strong motivator for me!

Nothing to be embarrassed about, many of us have been affected by age, mood, and/or medication in undesirable ways...

175.5 lbs

I need to start building more muscle mass, so I have switched things up a bit:  Lowering reps, adding sets, increasing resistance...

10/8 pushups; 10/10 w/30 lbs squats; 8/4 sit ups; 10/10/10 w/10 lbs curls

My abs need some serious work.  I've been sporting around a case...  need to get it back down to a six-pack!  lol.gif

just walked Abby around the university for 25 minutes, albeit at too leisurely pace. 

Dreaded weight; 203. 😑

oh but I AM 6’ 3”. 😂

176.0 lbs (started at 191.5 - goal is 150)

10/10 push ups; 10/10 w/30 lbs squats; 8/4 sit ups; 10/10/8 w/12 lbs curls

Falling behind on Zero-to-1 Mile swimming...  starting C25K on October 1.

Weight went up a lb even though I only had 1600 calories yippee! So 204. 

Walked Abby for 25 minutes, brisk pace.

45 minute walk through a huge cemetery near my place. cemeteries make me sad, but they're very pretty, peaceful places to hang out.

I'm having a really hard time getting re-motivated to keep working out at the gym. I haven't gone back since I renewed my membership. T_T
