I practiced some mindfulness meditation... maybe for 20 or 40 minutes? I wasn't keeping track.

yesterday: a little under 15 minutes of mindfulness meditation (mostly just breathing).

I had a big hole in my afternoon schedule so did a 40 minute guided body scan.

hi everyone.  been meditating at least once daily for twenty-thirty min for abt two years now.  do you guys also do carrying meditation? i.e. bringing meditation into your daily life?  i find this is where it gets a little difficult for me.
