Tree Hugger, does Buspar work for you? My internist made me stay on it forever, because he insisted it was such a great med. Then when I finally got a p-doc, he laughed, and said when it works, it works really well, but it doesn't work for most people. He switched me to benzos, which have worked MUCH better for me.
It works ok. I've only been seeing my pdoc for a short while, so we're still tweeking things. I have noticed however that it's not working nearly as well as when I started taking it...so I'm probably going to have to switch. I call it the "OMG MY HAIR IS ON FIRE!" med.

I have Fibromyalgia, asthma, and osteoarthritis on top of BP, GAD, and PTSD. So....
Cymbalta 90mg
Seroquel 50mg
Trazadone 300mg
Buspar 10mg 3xday
Naproxin 500mg 2xday
Albuterol 2puffs 3-4xdaily
And we're tinkering right now...might have changes in the next few weeks.

I'm hoping I take the prize for most sedating cocktail!
Zyprexa 7.5mg
Seroquel 700mg
Remeron 30mg
Effexor 37.5
I'm not loving the experience but its the only combination that's working....

My cocktail now is:
300mg Lamictal
10mg Abilify
2mg Biperiden
2mg Clonazepam.
It's an okay cocktail. Don't feel it except that I know it's working,

Hello Again!
Thanks Lavender you have a great idea!
Why not try to throw it in to this cocktail.. 300mg Lamictal 60 Buspar .5 Klonipin
Does anyone know if Lamictal/Buspar are compatible with Remeron or has anybody heard of any bad interactions?
I've been looking on the web but havent been able to dig anything up yet.

I have Schizoaffective (Bipolar Type) ADHD, OCD, PTSD, Panic Attacks...
These would be my Current if I had insurance:
Paxil 30mg
Topamax 100mg AM, 300mg PM
Strattera 60mg AM
Ripserdal 6mg PM
AND... since I have no thyroid... (was removed AND had radioactive iodine therapy due to thyroid cancer.. >_<)
Levothyroxin 200mcg
Right now all I have left is the risperdal and levothyroxin. D: I'm doing really horribly....
