Probably the beginning of april, I was rx'd 1mg of ativan prn. I usually break them in half if I actually need it, I only get 7/month. I've noticed that when I take it, I am sent skyward sameday (if it's early enough) or next day. So essentially, I can use it to raise my mood, with relative accuracy. Has anyone else ever noticed this?

Note; I don't recommend you try this if you already haven't, it doesn't always work in your favour

hmm, well there is definitely a strong relationship between anxiety and depression. Its reasonable to assume that if your anxiet is gone you may feel an elevation in mood.

I dont know about the drug doing it directly though. I would have thought that was a paradoxical reaction as all benzos work on GABA and essentially slow things down, relax you etc.
