I saw a few articles that mention using Ginkgo Biloba to improve libido in folks taking SSRIs. Has anyone tried this? Any luck?
I tried it so long ago that I don't remember. It did help my memory though. How ironic.
I tried ginkgo for SSRI sexual dysfunction and got maybe a little benefit.
Next I'd like to get a Ginkgo biloba tree just because they are gorgeous!
Just don't plant the female tree! They drop these little soft nut-like things that stink to high heaven.
