  1. Who the fuck are you Heilmania? I've never talked to you. I've never seen you in chat. You have no valid opinion on what I said. You are unimportant.
  2. I agree with Zoey. The chat mods here were totally biased and unfair. I'm glad chat is gone. VE is a douchenozzle, as well. The one time I PMed him with a legit concern, I got pics of random animals in return. That's so unprofessional of a site owner. Farewell CB!
  3. I know I am banned from chat, but I would REALLY REALLY like to come back. I have been having all kinds of panic attacks and just general anxiety due to life's crap and really need my friends to talk to. I'm really at a loss of what to do.... I'm very sorry I called a member a nasty and offensive name. I was mad, and as part of my MI, my brain tells me to do bad things. This site, of all people should understand that. The member has forgiven me, so it's all in the past. Please, powers that be on CB, let me back into chat!
  4. I finally got my Service Dog (in Training) a couple months ago. I have been researching and learning as much as I could for a few years now and this happened at the best time as I am finally ready. I have a friend, who is a therapist, who is acquaintances with a local Service Dog trainer. She hooked me up with the trainer, and she found a dog for me. His name is Buddy and he is about 2 years old. He is a yellow lab/golden retriever mix. He is so smart, and so sweet. He and I still have a lot of training ahead of us. Meet Buddy!
  5. Do you know about Project Semicolon? http://www.projectsemicolon.org/ I found a quote from the founder that sums it up. "The semicolon was chosen because in literature a semicolon is used when an author chooses to not end a sentence. You are the author and the sentence is your life. You are choosing to continue." I might have the opportunity to get a semicolon tattoo and I'm excited. If I get it, it will be on the underside of my left wrist, right by my SH scars. Do you have one already? Would you consider it?
  6. It's healing very well, now. Still really pink, but it will be for a while. I'm so glad it's doing better.
  7. Well I finally got some of those "no stick" gauze pads (The kind with the plastic-y layer) and I also got some Vitamin E and aloe generic Vaseline stuff. I could feel the other gauze sticking to the wound when I moved my arm, but this combination doesn't have the "pulling" feeling, so I don't think it's sticking. It's still not infected, which is good. I'm just healing really slowly. It's still a little warm and itchy. I know I should probably get it looked at, but that requires telling my mother what I did, as I don't drive and she's my transportation. If it's not much better by Monday, I'll see about going to urgent care.
  8. I SHed last Thursday night and it's like not healing and I'm worried. I'm diabetic, so my healing time can be slower. Every time I bandage it, the gauze sticks to it, so tonight I put coconut oil and waxed paper on it. I think I'm allergic to an ingredient in triple antibiotic ointment because when I put that on it over the weekend, it burned like hell and got all angry red. I tried the Curad Silver Solution gel, and didn't seem to help one bit. I don't know what to do. It's not infected because it's not any strange color. It is warm, and itchy, though, which might mean that it is healing, after all. Anyway, I guess I just wanted to share for the sake of sharing. Do you have any healing tips or tricks?
  9. I came across this and thought y'all would be able to relate. http://www.boredpanda.com/mental-illnesses-illustrated-by-monsters-by-toby-allen/
  10. I don't know you, but I have seen some of your posts lately, and IMO you should go IP right now. You need help and lots of people here care about you.
  11. I got generic Seasonique (Amethia). My gyno said if, for whatever reason, it doesn't work, I can contact her office and get something different. I used NuvaRing when I was younger and more forgetful, but it always poked out and I'd constantly be running to the bathroom to stick it back in. Good concept, but just not one I can use, unfortunately.
  12. I have my yearly gyno appt tomorrow and I need a new BC. I currently take the generic for Reclipsen. I have the most awful PMS for like 3 days before I start and continue to be emotional during my period. I have PCOS and I need a pill that has both estrogen and progesterone. No Depo shot (which I wish I could get), no IUD, etc. I rarely have trouble remembering to take my pill, as I take it with my PM psych meds. I was thinking about asking for Seasonique. I took it in the past and had no problem for the first two packs, but by the third, I was bleeding all irregularly. Do you think I should go ahead and ask for it with the condition that if it gets screwy I can ask for something different? What works for you?
  13. My pdoc just gave me an rx for 300mg Gabapentin prn for anxiety. Do you take it? Does it work well? Do you have side effects?
  14. Woah, I never implied I am an alcoholic. I meant I have tried over YEARS of occasional social drinking. It just doesn't happen. Medicated or not. All I asked was if anyone else had heard this and if you had any experience.
  15. So I had a pdoc that once told me that being bipolar 2 makes it harder to get drunk. Is this true? He said it was something with how your brain works. I am bipolar 2 and CANNOT get drunk. I try and try and it just doesn't happen. I get tipsy, yes, but never DRUNK. Your experience?
