  1. I take 900mg IR at night and have done for many years. No side effects apart from needing about 9 hours sleep.
  2. It raises prolactin levels in the blood which causes lactation. Same can happen with Risperidone. I take it daily but don't have lactation, luckily, it's a good med.
  3. Thanks Melissa, it's interesting. I guess it's very early days though. Wish we could fast forward a decade and see what comes of it.
  4. I thought I was the only one! This happens to me too. Instant symptoms when I don't sleep enough. It never fails.
  5. I'm a huge fan of studio Ghibli, and stuff like Paprika and tekkonkinkreet. I really want to see the ones you like , too.
  6. I think he's saying that being on too low dose of meds pushed him into illegal drugs, but I could be wrong
  7. Good luck with it. I'm the opposite to you, I hate symptoms so I take as much meds as needed, now that I have found ones I can tolerate. Hope you find a working dose and also stay side effect free
  8. I'm on 100mg added to 800mg seroquel. The weight gain is likely a combination effect with the seroquel. It's not sedating at all at this dose, but it does make me a lot calmer. When I was on it alone, without Seroquel, I was on 400mg, that was fine, but it gave me akathisia. Are you just going to be on 100mg alone for psychosis? Mainly that dose is used as an antidepressant.
  9. Weight gain and no libido have been my only problems but it's worth it. I think it's a great med.
  10. In combination with Seroquel I'm taking it as an antipsychotic. 100MG added to 800mg Seroquel makes the Seroquel work much better.
  11. I've been taking it for 4 years and it has not lost effectiveness. It's helped me a lot and not many side effects.
