unlucky7
now that I think about it, I’ve had anxiety problems mixed with emotional regulation issues for like…. a long time. maybe ever since I was 7 or 8? they manifest differently now because I don’t cry all the time anymore it’s just mood swings, but has anyone had a similar experience? it’s just weird to think it was such a small timeframe where I didn’t have anxiety/ emotional regulation issues and I don’t mean in the way every kid has emotional regulation issues, at the full age of 12 I cried because the lunchroom didn’t have the dessert I expected
jarn
Somewhere around 7 I developed bad anxiety at the start of every school year. It went away after years, thankfully. Around the same age I started to experience thought broadcasting.
DogMan
I don't know how old I was. Primary school. But I swallowed a bottle of phenergan from on top of the fridge. Which is just a drowsy inducing antihistamine. But apparently not something most kids do In thinking about it now, with hindsight. It was probably soon after a heavy concussion from my neighbour dropping a brick on my head from a height. But that is just correlation not causation I didn't have the language or vocabulary to express all the emptiness etc
