I hope I can have a break from my brain. My thoughts. My emotions. Maybe it's the chronic insomnia or the beautiful sunny day I wish I could enjoy but honestly I wish for a time that my brain is at ease

Good days will happen. Or at very least less sucky ones

 

I feel like I need a legal disclaimer stating that I can't 100% guarantee Good days. But I have confidence that will see them again

Thank you for that. I'm trying very hard today. I went out and walked at our local State Park. I'm doing laundry I'm trying to be motivated. I'm listening to positive motivational YouTube videos as well.
