Abilify -- Tapering Halfway Down

Hi all,

I went on Abilify for a mixed state that didn't respond to a lithium-Depakote combination.  Months later, I am feeling slowed down on 15 mg (plus lithium, Depakote, Lamictal, all at low-to-moderate doses).

I tried to quit once before and got too much of a bounce from it (Squirly is a redhead now).  So we are going really slowly, in 2.5 mg increments, and will probably not go off of it altogether.

I'm nervous.  Has anybody else had mood swings after quitting, or had a good taper experience?  I do think it's worth trying: the slowing is bad enough that I've been taking 5 mg Adderall to deal with it.
