Now I'm depressed in a scary way that I had hoped never to see again. Feeling hope slip through my fingers, wanting to die, afraid I can't hold all the pieces together anymore, watching my life turn to dust.

That was me this weekend, and unfortunately last weekend too, which was even worse.  I feel better now, took my topamax at 9pm.

Helps so much to read this from greenyflower.  I have felt and been completely alone.  It helps me to hold on just to know that someone else did.
