It's a great stress reliever and I think that we can talk about our own types and exchange information. I would love to see more people involved in it. Then I have Yoga for weight loss and its by GAIAM got it at walmart for about 15.00 and Stretching for flexibility by yoga zone. I think it was like 10.00 or something.
