It's memantine, an antagonist of NMDA receptor. It may be pretty transparent/unnoticable, except that it may slow down degeneration of nerve cells and slow down progression of dementia. I've also seen a study showing that giving memantine to people with Alzheimer's dementia reduced aggression/agitation below initial level (not just "not worsened" but actually improved comparing to initial aggression/agitation level).
