I can manage to go use the treadmill or bike several times a week on a good week, but thats not being very satisfying. I was/am very interested in the classes for PiYo (Pilates-Yoga blend) and would like to be able to do them in my own living room. Penny Century Posted October 6, 2006 Share Posted October 6, 2006 hehe, the term PiYo is cute. i love pilates. like yoga... makes sense they would be good together. i know pilates has been good for me on a lot of levels. it requires so much concentration that i can't think about anything else (basically the only thing that can totally kiss my rumination good bye) and being stronger has made me feel safer (even though rationally i'm aware i still couldn't kick a flea's ass) but it feels good to be able to do things i couldn't do before.
