While reading this thread I found that I could relate to getting a thought (always terrible like child/animal abuse, or a horrible fight I have had in the past (even long ago) with hubby) and not being able to get rid of it.  I get so mad I have to leave the room - or I get so sad I cry and cry.  But, it comes in cycles.  I was actively involved in this about 5 years ago, and then not again until just recently.  I hate it so much.  Any ideas?
