I am in process of gathering some info. for my parents, about depression. I have found several things online that I've cut bits out of. But I was wondering if anyone knows of anything especially good.

It needs to be 'parent-friendly' (as in not mentioning childhood abuse and such. well, that's what my GP advised....I am trying to build a relationship with my parents, not scare them away....)

I don't see my parents that often...but I'd like them to know...

I'm 36, mum is 70, and dad is 67.

Thanks.
