AirMarshall
Ok, I can answer the question. I started filling a gallon jug each morning and drinking from it. I've been consuming +3 quarts each day for the last 5 days. Thats without exercising. Oh, I'm on 900mg a day of eskalith cr. The jug is a great way of keeping track of how I'm doing and it is helping me from getting too dehydrated which I'm prone to do. a.m.
Ringworm
I average about 3litres a day of water/squash plus tea and coffee on 1200mg Lith' Carb' (Priadel)...no idea what that is in 'quarts', as without looking it up I don't know how much a quart is...and the US gallon confuses me too. I quite like that effect of lithium now I have settled into it - it's brought about an intense pleasure in quenching my thirst...kinda like that feeling when you get when ya finally have that big shit you've needed for a while...but..erm...drinking water instead. ...ahem... One gallon=4 quarts=3.6 liters, if that helps any.

Most of the users here seem to be from over that side of the pond, so I'll do my best to use both when talking weights and measures.
