It is VERY powerful and has induced autonomic seizures (a detox process for me.) It is essentially the yoga kapala bhati (bellows breath) and then a basic controlled breath technique. Starting with the EXHALE out the MOUTH, EXHALE with a whistle whoosh around the tongue for a count of 8, INHALE through the nose for a count of 4, HOLD for a count of 7, repeat EXHALE through the mouth for a count of 8. 8~4~7 it is! and He ALSO emphasizes the tongue touching the ridge behind the two upper front teeth.
