Bitter Beauty
So, I was sent to a clinical psychologist by the Disability Determination Board. Afterwards was when I was denied SSI and SSDI. I called the paralegal working w/ my attorney on my case to find out what that Dr's report said. She called me back and said that his report actually helped my case and I was denied basically because of my age (25). This sounds like good news to me, but you never know. Any input would be appreciated. Thanx for reading and hopefully responding.
Bryan
Hmmm, I always thought that age played a role for people with physical impairments, not mental impairments. Don't give up on your claim! Keep seeing a pdoc and work with your attorney. It is before the ALJ (administrative law judge) that many denials are reversed.
