Velvet Elvis
no If you don't want to be here, leave. You'll forget your password sooner or later and it will be exactly the same.
betseyville
I did want to be here, this wasn't a derogatory post at all-- I really respect what you guys do here. I just don't want parents reading what I've written about possible mental illnesses, and was hoping the account could be deleted so the information wouldn't be as visible. That is all-- no need to get defensive.
Velvet Elvis
If the account were deleted the posts would remain. We generally discourage people leaving and taking all their posts with them because it disrupts the flow of threads when people try to use them as a reference later on. That said, you can edit or deleate any of your old posts that you like.
betseyville
Ok cool, thanks for the tip. I'll only delete a few, if that's alright.
Cetkat
If someone replied to your post in a quote it won't go away. Why not just set up a new account and set the computer to automatically log in to make your parents assume that you're not betseyville? Usually replies allude to what you originally said anyway. Just saying...
