Awesome Rebuttal of recent LA Times ADD article

I personally know at least three sets of parents who have a kid diagnosed or suspected to have ADHD. NONE of them are thumbing through magazines looking for the slickest stimulant to dope their kid up on, contrary to what the LA Times author would have one believe.

I think there should be a name for the thing where people (accurately) recognize that drug companies do unethical things, and then (inappropriately and ignorantly) extend that to believing that medications are unnecessary, or at least far less necessary than they're currently seen to be.
