Which should leave you with more seritonin?

You'll get the most highly selective serotonin reuptake inhibition from Celexa or Lexapro, i.e. works pretty much exclusively on serotonin extremely low effects on any other neurotransmitters.

But I am assuming that 60mg of paroxetine will result in a greater amount of serotonin being available.  Is this true or false?
