I wouldn't be surprised if she had an Rx for Provigil, but any idiot knows it has no amphetamine components so I doubt "her people" (whoever the hell that is supposed to be) would bullshit the court with that excuse. Loon-A-TiK Posted November 15, 2007 Share Posted November 15, 2007 i've been drug tested enough times to know the standard routine. they want you to either bring in your script + medication bottle so they can verify any scripts you're on at the time of your drug test, or after the fact you fail they let you tell them what you're on and submit information to verify. i highly doubt that they wouldn't have give her some form of opportunity to verify any stimulant use. i wonder why she failed it. those tests are sensitive and can generally tell you the quantity of the substance in your blood. with an amphetimine like adderall, the quantity is very, very low compared to what a drug abuser would take. maybe they found a high quantity? she must have been on something to cut her hair! they should take a hair sample and make sure. that's a good way to know. she should, if she hasn't already, be given the chance to prove her story. she should also have a hair test (even though her real hair isn't very long). She blamed her fucking cell reception for not answering calls from the court people. And all this bullshit about her blaming assorted meds just adds to the stigma that's already placed upon us legitimate crazies. I read something that at first she blamed Provigil, which, as mention, doesn't have amphetamine in it... THEN she blamed Adderall. I really wish she would shut the fuck up already.
