divinedesign21
I became suicidal after switching to Budeprion. I have to get "authorization" from my insurance company to get Wellbutrin. I had to report it to my doc and he then contacts the insurance company. This article was published a month ago. The FDA is finally investigating this nightmare drug! Guest Miranda
It has taken me 12 days to come to my own conclusion that one does of the new generic Budeprion XL put me into a rare form of migraine "status migrainous" and landed me in the hospital. I'm now in my 12th day of extended migraine - in my case a silent or "acephalgic". I have increased head pressure, vision disturbances, vertigo, eye pain and have exhibited some neourological problems. Initially, the onset was indicative of a stroke, so it took a week of testing to conclude that it indeed was a migraine. I have no history of headaches and I have taken Wellbutrin XL for 3 years; my miracle drug. I was given the generic form of Wellbutrin Xl (Budeprion XL) and the same day I took the first dose of 150mg, the onset began. I did not even realize that I had been given a generic formula. Artemisia
I'm afraid that this is old news. The FDA concluded that Budeprion is just as good as the original (even though its blood levels increase very quicky after ingestion and then peter out somewhat rapidly, too). The conclusion seemed lke a joke...
